Tim Bowers graduated from the Columbus College of Art & Design (Ohio) and started his career in advertising and editorial illustration. Tim’s first children’s book, THE TOY CIRCUS by Jan Wahl, was published in 1986. Since then, his children’s book illustrations have enhanced the stories of some of America’s most popular children’s book authors. In addition to his book work, his whimsical and humorous characters have been featured on numerous gift and paper products. To date, he has illustrated more than twenty children’s books and his artwork is published in children’s magazines and by leading card companies in the United States.
