Bio

I am Alicia Traveria. I am an artist, illustrator, and designer originally from Jacksonville, Florida living it up in Austin, Texas. I attended Syracuse University, (including a semester in Florence, Italy!), and I graduated summa cum laude with my BFA in Illustration in 2002. Then I moved to Austin... I'm zig-zagging my way across the world.

I really enjoy doing just about anything and everything creative, and I love working in a variety of media and experimenting with color, line, and characters. From sewing softies to good ol' fashioned oil painting, I truly enjoy creating personalities whether I'm painting on canvas or stuffing fleece full of polyfill, and I'm always game for new creative experiences, ideas, and challenges about which to get excited.
