Nina Edwards is a an award-winning freelance graphic designer and illustrator. Her graphic design clients include Williams-Sonoma, Banana Republic, and Columbia University. She has illustrated many fashion and lifestyle books and magazines, including Seventeen, Cosmo Girl, Girls' Life, Bridal Guide, and American Baby magazines.
She has also licensed her illustrations to a few US and international paper products companies, including Madison Park Greetings, the Giftwrap company, and Target. You can also find her illustrations on your cellphone: she licenses wallpapers to Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint through Limelife.
She has won numerous awards including a certificate of design excellence from Print Magazine, first prize for the New York Philharmonic T-shirt art contest, and first prize for a window display contest sponsored by Fendi. Her illustrations has been exhibited at the Society of Illustrator's Museum of American Illustration in New York.
She is a guest speaker at various art schools and international art organizations in US and Asia, including Parsons School of Design, Fashion Institute of Technology, the Art Institute of New York City, Columbia University, the Graphic Artists Guild, the Society of Children's Book Illustrator's Group, and Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (Taiwan).
