Shelley is a graduate of the BFA program at Washington State University in St. Louis, MO. She has been a freelance illustrator for 20 years. Her work has appeared in many books and publications. Clients include W.J Fantasy, Barrons, Weekly Reader, Scholastic, Houghlin Mifflin, Harcourt, Tyndale House, Concordia, McGraw-Hill, Penguin Group, to name a few.
