I attended Pratt Institute, entering as an Art Education major but graduating with a BFA degree in Communication Design. As an illustrator, I constantly pull from childhood experiences. Summers where spent with my grandmother who lived in a small rural community. You can see these experiences in just about every book I’ve illustrated. I live, teach, and create in Houston and enjoy being able to spend my life surrounded by art.
