Ashley Mims is new to the children's book world after changing her art
focus after a successful run in animation.Having been taught to view things from a cinematic angle, the perspective in her illustrations is
still very influenced by this. She graduated with a BFA from the
Atlanta college of Art, and her work can be seen in the feature film
“Titan A.E.”, as well as the magazine “ASPCA Communications”.
