Jamestoons Studios, Inc. is a very small studio, located in Oceano, California which is just a couple miles south of Pismo Beach.
James Horvath is a humorous illustrator living on the Central California coast. His quirky and odd collection of characters hop and grunt across the pages of books, magazines, brochures and the shelves of retail stores. They have also been known to pop up bug-eyed and bewildered between the pixels of internet pages everywhere.
A collector of unique picture books for children and lifetime student of art and nature, when not scratching and scribbling at his drawing table or computer, he tends his garden, hangs out with his wife and 2 small boys, plays guitar, surfs and generally has a lot of fun.
