Bio

I graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 1987 with a BFA in Media Arts and after a few years of freelancing I joined the Children’s Television Workshop and spent the next nine years doing art and animation for all of their award winning cd-rom games as well as the popular ‘Journey To Ernie’ segment of the television show as will as the logo design for the Elmo Visits the Firehouse Home Video..

I’ve done everything from storyboarding, character design and animatic work for children’s advertising to greeting cards, storybooks, single panel gag cartoons, magazine illustration, book cover art, coloring books, cartoon logos, t-shirt designs and I’ve illustrated card games, menus and more.

Some of my clients include Sesame Workshop, Nickelodeon, Hooked of Phonics, The US Coast Guard and numerous advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Young & Rubicam, Scholastic, and California Pizza Kitchens working on pre-production art for many brands including Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, Trix) Campbell’s Soup, Danimals, Macy’s, Fisher-Price, Topps Push-Pops and Domino’s Pizza.
